Mac at RAH

Postby mrsmac » Mon Nov 15, 2010 7:13 pm

Just got home from the RAH gig - myself & bunnygod were right near the front = Mac was great, he had a mini orchestra & did mainly bunny songs. He's let his hair go grey and it somehow makes him look younger, he wasn't too drunk and kept the chat to a minimum, no knockknock jokes. Really looking forward to the Crocs/HUH nights now!

The NME awaits.
Purveyor of the 'semi-predictable one-liner (which) embodies the essence of the type of comedic crap we grew to love here. VB is a crazy fool'

if the NME could get that level of insight into a performance I'd buy it more often. Sometimes they concentrate on the trivial and miss these essential points.

i would "echo" all those comments just wish mac was on longer! only 1 solo record "candleland" as far as i can remember, still had to hear about the mouldy wall at his house before rescue though  but no yorrick! and the voice was excellant looking good for the dec gigs
enjoyed the coral as well, thought the audience took along while to warm up,that wont be a problem at the Crocs/HUH nights

Shit, should I be regretting not having tickets?
I'm afraid that the one time I decide to make a stand they'll be really good, pull off a legendary performance and I'll be kicking myself forever!!!
Every word is like an unnecessary stain on silence and nothingness.

That's all you needed to say for kook.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Dave Smith
Mr. Brian, I find that offensive.

Scouser's inability to se others' point of view is rather grating.
