I've never met Mac or Will (though Will did post something really cool when I had a MySpace page).

I think you all remember the story that got this place kicked off the Bunnymen.com links list (probably my last chance to meet Mac) and now I feel too old to be hanging outside the back entrance of some venue waiting for anybody so probably not gonna happen in this lifetime.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Met both Mac n Will right before Siberia. Its a great feeling to meet your heros! Mac was soooo cool & gracious to me and I could even understand him! n Will was too cool for words! He cracked some beer for me & mr. wc and we talked about all kinds of crazy stuff!

We don't know that for sure Billy. They could also be saddened by the bad news.

Basically the BOF wanted to call the shots on what we could talk about on VT when it came to more personal topics. When I wouldn't censor forum discussions on Mac's alleged drug usage and how it affects the band, the BOF look the VT link off the official site.

What was the brouhaha that took the BOF down in 2007? Did someone write something bad about Spooky? I missed the particular thread that did the dirty deed.

BOF censorship is/was comparable to none.
