Could the Scousers be going down? Or is it too early to panic/gloat?

There's not far to go to the top of the Championship from there though. They might as well hand the title to Chelsea now and call it a day till 2011/12, think how much they'd save on players wages for the next nine months.

You can be assured that we already have in place plans for Atlético Harry H Corbettville F.C's speedy return to the Premiership in the 2012/13 season.

How 'bout that woopin' Baltimore laid on the Steelers?

Actually it was super close. But still.

Who was the chap standing next to the scally with the sunglasses and hoodie who was talking?

Sad really watching that. Any football fan doesn't really want to see Liverpool run into the ground like they appear to be at the moment even if it is early in the season. Leeds MkII on the horizon perhaps.

At least being involved in a relegation fight will keep the fans interested from January onwards.

Sorry scousers all but get over it for christ sake.6 games in??No one has a divine right to be great-look at my team the Wolves-top team in Europe in the fifties and really thats been about it since then. But we dont have Rob Halford from Judas Priest and Suzi Perry on youtube lobbying for a change of ownership again.Do you really think you'll be relegated?Did you really think you'd be challenging to win the title? No to both. The football economy has caught up with paying journeymen foreigners high wages. The only team who can make inroads are Man City where their wage bill is more than annual turnover.Says it all.Football's in a big change period and the quality of the Premier League is piss poor. But no way will you be relegated.

beardy chelsea bloke who took over leeds seemed quite happy for them the wallow 3rd div, charging top prices for third division footy knowing that the local fans would pay it while he suns himself in the S of France.

Another American owner though. Is that what the scousers want, or do they just want to see the back of Hicks and Gillett and the debt cleared no matter who comes in.

Quite honestly, you need to get rid of Harry H Corbett as well. Benitez should take his fair share of the blame for running Liverpool into the ground. But then what do they do, appoint Roy Hodgson, whose biggest success was getting Fulham to a Europa Cup final to loose and erm, Switzerland to a world cup. Personally I think the man is out of his depth. Besides, the scrap metal, old clothes and other junk is gathering dust, Albert is lonely and he wants to get up to some more comedy high-jinks before his heart gives in.
