Maths ~ Mathematics.

Sport, we call it sport if it is a single activity, sports if there is more. The Queen's Book of Right Royal English (Lord Banbridge Digby-Jones-Smythe, Oxbridge University Press 1805) probably calls a multitude of sports sport, but nobody speaks like that rand these parts anymore.

U - is text speak. Nobody would write that apart from texting on their mobile or just being lazy when being on a forum. It is fuck you, so fuck u!
