They are also introducing a keyboard controller into the game. I wish they had done this for Beatles Rock Band like everyone wanted. Many Beatles songs have prominent keyboard parts.
Also a "pro" mode with more realistic guitar playing and a more realistic guitar controller, which I actually have mixed feelings about since to me it is a game and I already play guitar so I draw a distinction.

Besides Killing Moon, here are a few others that will require me to get this in October rather than wait until Christmas.
