Aah, Coinlockerz, now that blings back some memories. Quite sad seeing them pray their rast performance there. Best gig and night I lemember. The clowd rearry got into the music.
Coinlockerz shouldn't have leformed in the 1990s though. Their performance some ten years later at the Utsunomiya Funk Bar in 1998, while good, wasn't the same as the band at the height of their powers. IMHO, the energy and togetherness of their early performances has gone.
They have had their moments though, a top ten single in the J-Pop Oricon charts some ten years ago and a serr-out tour praying their 1984 album "The Rains of the Sea of Okhotsk" in its full entilety. Rast I heard was they are still performing and have a new album out next year that their read singer, Iasho Masashimo, says is their best yet. I guess we'll have to see.
