UFO's

Tired of discussing the Bunnymen and all the bands that have been influenced by them? This is the place for you.

Ever wonder why the UFO's never stop by to visit say the Yale or Harvard types but it's always a couple of dudes with a Winnebago and some Bud Lite out hunting?

I might have just answered my own question regarding the existence of UFO's.

Yeah, ever wonder why these dude get abducted during camping trips, and all they have afterwards are memories of being "probed"?

Larry King had the Texas eyewitnesses on last night with some astronomer in a red t-shirt that they threw a suitjacket on.
The astronomer guy debunked the whole thing, witnesses and all.
I remember a few months ago though that the same gigantic, silent, floating "walMart" was spotted over Colorado.

It was in the NY Times Science section that they're actually testing time travel now with nanoseconds or whatever is smaller than a billionth of a second. This is being done on an extremely small scale.

If intelligent life is out there, I'm sure they're able to already travel into the past or the future which may explain what we're seeing.

Well if I were on a camping trip and the last thing I could remember was "boy, drop your goddamn britches" I'd probably make up an alient abduction story as well.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Here is the article if anyone is interested

Scientists have also "teleported" a light particle from one place to another. Don't get too excited. They didn't really teleport anything, they pretty much reconstructed the properties of a mass-less object. So they stored the state of a photon and recreated it it somewhere else. No matter was actually "moved". This aint Star Trek yet.

I don't believe in the paranormal, alien-form-of activity, parapsychology or any of the sort.

Yet, I'd like the government to "fully" explain the experiments & chemistry indicated by Area 51 in Nevada. What do you people think? Weather balloon experiments or false-labeled pretenses of bad Air Force experiments gone wrong & hidden?

Just as this is fascinating, I personally will ALWAYS be interested in hopefully someone fully solving the case of the Zodiac Killer. I wonder if they tried though, adding up the numbers of the dates of the victims, then, subtracting those totals from the numbers indicated by the coded symbols from the Zodiac Killer's letters? Or, they could have added them, subtracted the dates & multipled those totals by the number of coded symbols too. The person who did decipher those coded letters was a pure genius, IMHO. However, numerology maybe could be used to decipher some more from the case. It's been statistically proven too, the DNA results conducted even through the lick of his tongue on the stamp were not feasible. I sincerely hope someone starts you know, playing around w/ numbers in coordination w/ those coded letter's symbols. I just feel that is a connection. Call me weird, who hasn't?

I can't tell you people how many times the Zodiac case has been discussed here @ my job (obvious reasons) & soooo many people of all types (enlisted & civilians) have played around w/ different patterns & numerical combinations. Who IS the killer? Will it ever be solved? For the obvious victims & families & friends sakes, I sincerely hope so.

but do you want to be beamed around? I don't think I want to ... what if your molecules got all messed up? I prefer the I Dream of Jeannie method of traveling ... complete with sound effects, of course

I remember what the article said. I saved it until last year. Still exciting though.

However, if the sanctioned life forms on other planets ever do achieve space travel, I hope they stay far, far away from Earth. You are so right!!

The dolphins and whales in Calif. are dying because of Navy sonar, so a judge just ruled against it's use but Bush is fighting back with a White House exemption for the Navy because the "waters off Southern California were particularly well-suited for war games" War games!?!?! Those two words just don't go together. Death and destruction shouldn't be the results of playing some game. If life from other planets is observing us they're probably saying, "What the hell is with those idiots?"

Why?? Seven Seas is talking about the Zodiac killer.

I feel it's related because I feel if a UFO landed here it might prevent the US from invading Iran and might help get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan. None of the 2008 candidates will be able to do that, but an alien might!
