I hate 'em.

This place is getting like the BOF.
Mr. Brian, I find that offensive.

Scouser's inability to se others' point of view is rather grating.

Is there an alternative forum to V"it's getting like BOF on here"T.com and BOF? Would it be worth posting on it if it existed, what with nothing going on. Bog-standard chicken in the basket setlists at festivals to keep the ordinary BOF poster happy. No new music, five months away from the Croc/HUH gigs. Still, some of us try to keep it alive - Dr Cheese and I had an interesting but meaningless discussion on an earlier thread something Bunnymen related involving hair or a lack of it, but it was promptly hijacked with a photo of a setlist. We tried our best. Sorry.

I think enthusiastic newbies are adorable. Like little baby chicks.

My little baby chick recently committed suicide when I played him a youtube video performance by Ian over, over, over and over again (yes I have too much time on my hands... lol).

Can you please delete the account of anyone slavishly praising the Bunnymen.

Starting with Dave Smith.

Then what would our role be? We usually beat them down until they leave. It's a cyclic process.

Theres too many of them this time. It's like the VT version of Night Of The Living Dead. "The Bunnymen are greeeeeeeat, please post a link to the booooootleg, cant wait to see Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaac"

I blame BF

They will become like the rest of us. It's a process that needs to occur naturally over time rather than pushed along artificially. Kind of like wine.

I wish they had suffocated Jamie Oliver instead of those little baby chicks. Bet the audience's reaction would of been more of delight than revulsion.

I would like to make an official statement:

For the benefit of VT's more long-standing members,I would like to aplogise if my last review of the Bunnymen at Tramlines has caused offence by appearing too applauding. It was probably the best festival performance I have seen since 1997.I do understand that any praise may cause uncontrollable nausea for the more cynical fan and will think harder and write with more responsibility in the future. If nay members are experiencing these symptoms may I refer them to my review of MAc at St Georges Hall.
