Anton Corbjin North Wales photographs?

Postby Dr Evil » Wed Jul 21, 2010 8:02 am

I have the "Liverpool Explodes" book and "Never Stop" as well, and there are some amazing Anton Corbjin black and white photographs of all the original Bunnymen in a Valley in North Wales-I think it was on the set of the Shine so Hard film. I want to use it in a private e-mail to demonstrate how my film of a different artist is going to try to emulate that windswept atmosphere, except using the Purbeck Coast instead for (probably) even better results. If they don't agree, I'll simply CGI it, even though it will take a year to make it photorealistic in full colour.
The problem is my untidy bedroom makes finding the book difficult. Does anyone have the links to the photograph? I like that one of Mac with a horse in the background as well. I might also get round to animating a young Mac singing "Flaming Red" with Noel Burke with a similar landscape. After a lot of practise, I've got a lot better at computer animation.

is this the book that was available for example at the York fessie gig? I picked a copy up off ebay a while back, though, I may have inadvertently aquired copies of some of them - a reaslly odd one with Will leaning over what looks like a swimming pool - plus several horse featuring shots - I may have inadvertently aquired copies of these in my temorary internet folder when looking at them on the old buns website. Obviously I have deleted them though using advanced forensic technology might be able to point you in their direction without transgressing any laws concerning their copyright, etc. Obv they'll be low res jpgs but, you know. PM me if interested.

I suppose I could tidy my bedroom. The problem is I haven't got a woman around to nag me (their main function) so it's a bit hard to motivate myself.
