Would it have been better if Mac had died after Ocean Rain?

General discussion about the band, live shows, its recordings or bootlegs, etc. You can buy, sell or trade here. You can even post eBay links. If it's about the Bunnymen, it goes here.

If you want a band that's been around 30 years and delivers the goods in terms of hits on every album, music that is both disturbing and good, and makes you happier in some ways please visit:

Depeche Mode

Ah, well, it's just that lately the Bunnymen make me grumpy. Depeche Mode sounds amazing. Meanwhile Mac sounds like crap. Yeah for the Bunnymen. Their early stuff was brilliant. I'm not sure I can take the pain anymore--though it's "a pain I'm used to"

Does anyone still listen to the Bunnymen? My co-worker is playing Avalanche right now but other than that they've been out of my playlist. I just come here to bitch.

Their facebook page sent out a request and link asking fans to vote them for best Glastonbury performance and my first thought was how do I vote for Pulp instead?

Confession: Last night. 1984 Bunnymen Boston Bootleg. Totally brilliant.

Also listened to: Depeche Mode Songs of Faith and Devotion and asked myself why I ever stopped listening to them when I liked them so much early on even more than the Bunnymen and all their later stuff is great and Dave and Martin's voices are nothing short of amazing.

Alright I still listen to Crocodiles, Porcupine, Heaven Up Here, Ocean Rain, some of Siberia and Life of 1000 Crimes but basically my boycott is still in effect.
