Copyright can be a problem...
Posting it on youtube is one thing, profit is another category that may cause problems. If you profit from sale on copyrighted material, you have to pay royalties. And if you don't have permission, that can be another issue if you are earning a profit.
If you post it on youtube and no one seems to mind or asks you to pull it down, it might work out for you. Proceed with caution.
