Not Proven on two counts of assault , but was found
Guilty of "Breach Of The Peace", which is a term used in Scotland for shouting, being abusive to someone......
Not Proven is a verdict peculiar to Scotland, it simply means that there was not enough evidence to prove guilt or innocence, but in reality it is a Not Guilty verdict.....
As for sentence he was admonished which really means he got a slap on the wrist and No Criminal Record, but if he is arrested again this incident could be brought up in Court.....
That's the roughly what happened in the Glasgow case but as you know my expertise lies with Housing Law.........
Finally the weird thing is that I was actually in the Dressing Room after the show with the guys and the first I knew about the incident was when I read it in the local press 4 days later............
