Didn't Belle and Sebastian have a song about Seymore Stein. (however you spell it)

Yup, they did.
Much to Mac's chagrin, I'd imagine, it doesn't mention Seymore wishing to toot his tin whistle.
Every word is like an unnecessary stain on silence and nothingness.
