Who wrote Mac's book?

General discussion about the band, live shows, its recordings or bootlegs, etc. You can buy, sell or trade here. You can even post eBay links. If it's about the Bunnymen, it goes here.

But when you make a clone, would it have a soul? I mean, half of the songs he wrote about had a tortured soul element. No soul, no tortured feeling. But then again, why not? It'd be good to have that 24 year old cool they once had.

I guess you would have to bring up the clone in exactly the same environment. Which would be a bit of a challenge, on the scale of "The Truman Show" though I suppose present day Liverpool is still in enough decay to torture anyones soul-though I don't know, as a Southerner I've never been up North even to see Mac or Mark Burgess. Except recently of course, but Blackburn, not Liverpool.

If Mac brought up his younger self, then he would be right to feel extremely tortured. But, then we'd also have to clone Les, Pete and Will...
