Blooming Eck guys are we not taking this all a bit to seriously.... Just play them, enjoy them & if you don't like a album don't play it....simple.

That's my impression, but I can't be bothered to actually go there and check.

How could someone who's so passionate about the band be essentially invisible until the new forum is created, and then all of a sudden he's the most vocal and irritating member ever?

Is it possible he just got on the internet for the first time? Or maybe he was off his meds for a few months and now he's been sedated again.

I suspect he thought he was doing the band and forum a favor by posting constantly and had his feelings hurt by Peter's mild rebuke.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Fine Thing is an immense track.........one of my favourites.

Dr Evil wrote:I totally disagree. Reverberation is a grower. I wasn't impressed at first, but then became fanatical about it. The album is so deep it takes about a hundred plays for the human mind to appreciate it's depth and greatness, and some people will never see the light. This album divides people strongly. A bit like Marmite, you either love it or hate it. You have a right to express your opinion. Unlike on the BOF.

Back in the day, I was so desperate for it to come out, especially to stick one up Mac.
I love it, I play it in its entirety more than any other Bunnymen album.

But..........at the end of the day, its not the same. I agree a name change may have helped, but lets not forget some of the Reverberation, and "b" sides are great songs.
Noels problem was that he couldnt cut it live, not like Mac. He was an OK singer in a great band.

The bottom line is Mac needs Will, Les needs wood, Pete needs peace, Will needs Mac.

Reverberation is miles better than the Fountrain, which does get better the more you hear it, but then again so does Robbie Wiiliams new album, which belongs to the missus.

Also, please note. I am pished. I never really post without a drink, so please excuse any nonsense!!

Also, I was at the "Euphoric" night. It was one of the best nights ever. Anyone else there?

We slept in the car that night, well from 4am or whenever it finished.

Bunnyland???? How cute. I think I got raked across the coals for calling it that.

But yes, something is wrong.

I think no one realized how unfortunate the music would become in the future. The whole Bunnymen story is one of missed opportunities, extra large egos, and working with the wrong people at the wrong time.
I long for the pork of Porcupine. (A slide show dedicated mostly to Will right here.... http://www.examiner.com/rock-music-in-l ... -here-tour)
