that's heartwarming. :)
Definitely it's Mac's loss, but then, he doesn't know how to use a computer or "twatter" as he called it. _________________ "it gives me thrills to wind you up." Kate Nash, Foundations.

Well, well seems like the Bunnymen.com website is getting some juice from the fine folks at SXSW, who've named the site runner-up in a huge contest of sorts. I think that is good considering how few users visit the place. I rather prefer the footloose atmosphere over at Villiers Terrace.com - The Ultimate Echo and the Bunnymen Discography. It seems rather like a pub that you'd find Ian Mcculloch in, lots of loud voices, cheer, and some ramblings funnny enough to rival Comedy Central. The .com site on the other hand, is pure 100% beef - meaning marketing, twittering, and re-selling the golden oldies via advertising efforts. The real people, fans - meet up on the Terrace. Enuff about that - either way any news for Bunnymen.com is good news. This below show comes kindly from the fine folks at Villers Terrace - the fan site for all things Bunnymen. |

I wondered why I kept getting emails for dinner reservations and take out orders. Should I send them a terse letter from the make believe VT attorneys? _________________ VilliersTerrace.com...It seems rather like a pub that you'd find Ian McCulloch in, lots of loud voices, cheer, and some ramblings funny enough to rival Comedy Central. Yes, excellent idea to get your make believe VT attorneys onto it.
And while you are at it, could I have the steak, medium rare, with the handcut fries, side salad and a glass of your house red please. _________________ J'ai entendu vos points de vue. Ils ne rencontrent pas les miens. La décision est prise à l'unanimité. |

guess no one minds being called "footloose." I tend to believe that that term should not be intermingled with the other more complimentary references, such as those related to pubs, seemingly-evolved senses of humor, et al.
The writer was mixing his/her metaphors--perhaps even suggesting lack of true public house experience or appreciation. not loosing sleep over it or anything--just not a fan of "footloose," but a fan of pubs. Having a moment of difficulty trying to reconcile the two...uh, now i'm over it. thanks.
happy belated st paddy's day all (actually the worst feeling day of the year, March 18).
