I have to say (and I'll probably get slaughtered in the next few posts, but hey I don't give a shit!) 2009 was pretty good. Mac was his usual entertaining self at Zeligs, I saw 2 quality Bunnymen shows (Manchester and the Saturday Xmas show), an album of which I really rated 50% (Everlasting Neverendless, Think I Need it Too, Do You Know Who I Am, Forgotten Fields and Shroud of Turin) and I really reckon they are (those tracks I've heard at gigs) much stronger live songs than they are album tracks, "Shroud of Turin" especially. Got to see Will and Les with the Wild Swans twice as well. So for me, not a bad year in Bunnymen personel terms. (Oh, and I posted on here for the first time).

Okay, you can now start kicking my arse.

It's unusual to see a priest with a foot up his arse........
Six inches being more common.

Out of respect for Dave Smith we've been calling those the "Spaghetti Sessions"
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

From "Later with Jools Holland" you could have a point about the live shows being much better than the non-effort displayed on "The Fountain."
Would it be worth filming a live show? Assuming they let me, after my "Fountain of Vomit" album cover. They would have to be on form for me to bother getting out of bed. I'm off to the Cafe Kino in Bristol this evening to do more film of musicians who can be bothered to make an effort. Or would it be unkind to film Mac in HD at his age?
Correction. Someone topped themselves on the Pokesdown line and got all the stations closed so I couldn't go.

You may be on to something. His post does not contain any manglings of the English language.

This thread might need to be moved over to the "All I Want" section pending further investigation into the integrity of KoK's account.
