Yeah, the whole new forum crap is really disheartening. I just don't see how they can actually say that the forum is not a place to be negative?! So does that mean being negative 100% of the time, or just posting one comment that is negative? That is just asinine!

There were Jutes in Poland...but I'm guessing your family ended up in the UK more recently, then.

"smart as a whip" is an American expression and it just means one has a quick mind.

It's hard not to be. I'm glad for them that they found new fans and that the single got some recognition for them in terms of being on the BBC singles list, and getting some chart action out here but it's not the kind of music that many of us want from them.

However, there are bands that charted 10 years ago and still just keep doing what they do because they love what they do. Royal Crown Revue is one of the those swing revival bands that got some attention because they did a song in the Mask.
