Walter, you need to wait by the entrance/exit after the show. In at least an hour, perhaps more, he'll appear, usually with one of his handlers (most likely the short guy with the long hair).

He'll sign something if you ask, and then he'll walk off, disappearing into the night fog.

Of course, with this being Liverpool, it's possible you may never see him.

The key to getting a signature is to wait until he appears. It's usually a really long time, so bundle up.

Bring some beautiful young ho's with you looking a bit like Kate Blanchet, Pixie Lott and Avril Lavange combined . If the said ho's think you are too old or creepy, adopt an androgynous appearance and pretend to be gay and just their friend, then buy tickets and take them to the concert. Make sure the concert is on an "off day" such as the "what are you going to do with your sore throat" tour so that when he gives them all a backstage pass they give you it.
Of course if he is on form don't expect them to give you the backstage pass, or see them for a couple of days. But there is not much chance of that these days.
