I read an interview recently where Morrissey said he seriously regretted having said that. It's a side effect of being miserable all the time I suppose. But sometimes finding a relationship can be quite difficult.

well, so I've read' its more thsan just bunging his words over a tune someone else has written. he gets a demo of said song and rearranges it totally, so it fts in with what his vision is, so they get it back withthe choruses as the verses and stuff and that little snippet they thought was really cool on the floor. oh, and according to steven street theres the odd worry about getting paid. he's on the radio now and the woman is pushing the 'why dont you settle down and have children' line and he says he's not going to settle down until he's carried out feet first. and the old line about hating convention, yawn.
