Anyone received their deluxe package yet?

I wonder if anyone from the US have received their deluxe package yet...

I'm sorry, but I didn't buy any of the so-called bundles. On Tuesday I went to my local record store to buy the album, but it wasn't there, so I ordered from Amazon. It arrives next week.
However, I did realize the OR shows are over for good. The sheet music that's included in the deluxe package must be the sheet music used by the orchestras in the many shows. How economical (and green) of them.
