Mr. Brian, I find that offensive.

Scouser's inability to se others' point of view is rather grating.

Maybe Britain can make crappy copies of our good shows like we do of yours!

Don't forget - our good shows are on cable - monthly fee. But then again, don't you all pay a tv tax?

Yes (the licence fee) - but that only covers the BBC channels (which, to be fair, do show some really good stuff).

The Tudors was a popular show done on this side of the pond with the BBC. A grant or something.

We have a station here called AMC (that played American Movie Classics) but has recently been bringing shows like Breaking Bad that are a little different and quite entertaining.

I just saw Bored To Death and I find it funny. Some doof tries to be a PI. Lots of good one liners.

The biggest step for tv would be a show that is not a law enforcement show, cop show, hosptial show or family drama. Pushing Daisies was good. But it takes a while to catch on and just when it does, the stations decide the ratings are no good.

I love this show too. It's been off for a while and will air new shows in March 2010.

I am trying to find the time It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia is on.

FX has that along with Rescue Me which somehow has been able to make a good show about firefighters.
