Ha ha I can categorically tell you that Ian & Will are still best mates, as most of you know I had the pleasure of travelling on the tour bus for the last UK tour and had many a chat with Will.

Even though Ian did not travel with us due to other band commitments and not because he does not get on with Will.

Will would tell me of some of the antics they used to get up to and still do.

They are like brothers, they need each other and like all brothers like to moan at each other every so often.

Still best mates?
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Maybe they are like brothers - like the Gallagher brothers. I mean the cynic could read that "Even though Ian did not travel with us due to other band commitments.... Shit, Dr Cheese, you beat me to it....

I hope you're not accusing me of being a cynic ghostie, although the cynic in me thinks that all the talk of best mates, brothers and band commitments is a load of bollocks.

The band decided to go on with another singer. I don't like to talk about it. Sometimes I do wonder how I let Will back in my life after a stab in the back like that - bringing in some no-mark to front the band

He could have added "after I pissed off to pursue my solo career leaving them in the shit after all our hard work" But I guess he felt that wasn't relevant.

Its total spin and doesnt address any of the issues at all.How can Mac have so many other committments other than a)not being arsed to soundcheck then ripping into the sound engineer every night and b)turning up on stage by 9.15pm.

All this 'me and my manager' reminds me of 1987 onwards before the split and the Toogood fiasco in 1998 when Will issued the 'him or me' scenario.

Hate to admit it...but Will needs to look at himself and say he's not happy being his hired hand. He'll probably go to the Wild Swans with Les.....

Has the one about Dave Smith being a KOK been deleted?
Mr. Brian, I find that offensive.

Scouser's inability to se others' point of view is rather grating.
