Ok I've beaten The Force Unleashed multiple times (fucking KICK ASS game by the way) and been watching The Clone Wars cartoon with my seven year old and I've been wondering when the hell was it decided that Jedi can't kill someone while angry? In The Force Unleashed when you beat the game you're character is about to kill the Emperor when the wise old Jedi tells the character "let it go. he's beaten. if you strike him down in anger you'll end up back where you started" so of course the main character lowers his light saber and the Emperor reacts by using Force Lightning to strike down the dumb shit old Jedi and your character sacrifices himself saving the Jedi and saving the rebellion which we see in A New Hope. It's like motherfucker had you let me kill the Emperor I'd still be alive, Alderan would never have been destroyed and God knows how many military casualties could have been avoided but no I can't kill someone while angry.
Anyway I needed to get that off my chest.
I feel better now.
