How come nothing this cool ever happens to me?

The problem here was the type of Horny Goat Weed. They were using the Horny Goat Weed with maca. Everyone knows you want the pure undiluted stuff for acting out sexual fantasies in the woods. This type only has industrial purposes and can be quite deadly.
Perhaps she realized this mistake and tried to cut the capsule right out of his throat to save his life?
