Is it worth a visit? Ever thought about getting on your soapbox and having a rant yourself? Did Abu Hamza ever speak there? (I would have liked to heckle him)

used to go there occasionally when i was a stude - thirty years ago now - 'kinell, time etc - occasionally get a good speaker and a good crowd. but since those days, wouldn't know. I'd have thought in these heightened times it might be a good bet but i wouldn't plan a whole visit on it.

I hasten to add that much as I despise Abu Hamza's views, he has an inalienable right to be an asshole and should not be in jail for talking rubbish.
