Any Max Richter fans? He seems to be popular among ambient fans and musicians. His music varies between drones, violin pieces, acoustic guitar with recorded sounds of a city, and Satie type piano pieces from what I've heard on 24 Postcards.

Anyway, Atlas Sound has a new one coming out Oct 20. did not realize it was the guy from Deerhunter.

Now that I am finding piano along the lines of the above it is almost like punk or blues in that it follow the same 2 -5-4 arppegios with a bit of delay - wallpaper music - but I still dig.
