Oh, I know the answer to this one.

"Blankety Blankety Money Tent Poo". I believe it was a b-side to the Bunnymen's The Cutter, released in 1983 by WEA as a special edition in Japan (Korova KOW 5HIT). Shame they don't play it live anymore.
