But I made the best chicken tacos of all time last night.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

It was very simple. I think the jalapenos were the secret ingredient.

Corn tortilla cooked on the grill
Rotisserie chicken from Costco
Homemade refried beans
Spanish rice
Jalapeno slices
Homemade salsa

Throw it all together and the best chicken tacos of all time.

Of course wash it all down with Tecate in a can.

Normaly I get my chicken at Northgate market (the local Julio supermarket with Mariache music and a Virgin Mary product section) but Costco had to do.

By homemade I mean the mother in law made it. I have no idea what goes in it or how to make salsa.
