Is it bad

that I've placed a client on hold so I can post?
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Yesterday I told a lady to just return our software to the Apple Store cause I couldn't help her.

At my last job I worked at a help desk. One of my co-workers disappeared for close to 20 minutes, me and another guy realized his phone was flashing (meaning someone was on hold). We discovered our colleague had put this guy on hold so he could go take a dump. Your situation pales in comparison, I think............
