Why hasn't this thread been deleted? It's very existence is an outrage. My trained parrot Pepe and I may not agree on everything, but the one thing we DO agree on is that this thread should be deleted. And that I am not JackT.

ah, y'all took the bands right out of my mouth ... U2, Coldplay, the Smiths, Oasis, the Beatles (most definitely!) ... I kinda like the Pixies, tho. And Jefferson Airplane and the Doors had their moments :razz:

The Furs: very underrated. I wish they'd produce some new music tho. They're too good to be just a nostalgia band.

I'll bet that's something all of us can agree on.

I have to add Dave Matthews. I just don't get it. I've never been a frat boy prone to wearing white baseball caps and white gym shoes so I guess I never will get it.
