ha I was just about to start the same topic. Saw a report on the internets. (It was TMZ though, so who knows....)

My money is on he is not dead - but the rumor makes every one wonder how long he has so ore tickets sell for his concerts.

Following on from TMZ, LA Times now reports that he is dead. Ow!

Updated at 3:15 p.m.: Pop star Michael Jackson was pronounced dead by doctors this afternoon after arriving at a hospital in a deep coma, city and law enforcement sources told The Times.
