Mini-Kiss is awesome.

That Zimbo cover would've fit well on Candleland.

I hated Candleland.

The cover bands at local bars everywhere kick ass.

City Lights baby. Where withahip and I can see three 50 somethings do Gary Numan.

I don't know if I'd want to watch three 50-somethings doing Gary Neuman. I imagine he enjoyed it, though.

No just me and withahip. The rest of the crowd looked normal though.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

It's like that French "pop star" who sang in French about a taxi, a sickly "sweet" pop song made in Toyland.

This female vocalist has this same awkward singing style, a small, "sweet," Toyland voice that together with Ian's voice sounds like made from Toyland in hell...
Worst I've heard in years. Ghastly. Perverted, even.

Nice photo, looks like it was taken in the Cavern or Josef Fritzl's cellar.

That'll be Vanessa Paradis Joe le Taxi. Back then, she (at the age of 14) was every 15-year old boy's wet dream after appearing on Top of the Pops in a stripey see-through top.

Bugger no stripey see-through shirt on this one...

Personally, I like it (just as I liked Vanessa Paradis back in 1987 despite her song being shite). Even if her vocals are a bit annoyingly sweet, at least it is not a "straight" cover version which can be the temptation of some bands.

Funnily enough Vanessa Paradis still sings the same

Adopts an annoyingly french accent "he whore, he whore, we we"
