Nice photo of Auntie Harriet's coat.
Every word is like an unnecessary stain on silence and nothingness.

yep i thought that - just goes to show how far off the radar he is these days. Alot of that is really minor celebrity spats isn't it really, obviously thought up in the pu on a friday lunch time, though the eno reply to alan mcgee is quite succinct. Noel Gallagher's always good fro a slagging and i like his keane one - traditionally the three biggest twats in a band are th singer, the drummer and the keyboard player............

What killed it this time around? Cause I fondly recall 1997 when the Bunnymen seemed relevant, Mac was spouting off like it was 1984 and there was so much good will and optimism for the Bunnymen. Reforming for the first time ever didn't seem like selling out. It was like it was supposed to be all the way. Magazine covers and interviews, glowing live reviews, positive album reviews. Was it the Spice Girls? Was it WAYGTDWYL? Flowers? All the above?

As much as I like to bitch and moan I still believe Mac and Will deserve better.

well that question should have its own thread really - you know, the one scouser brings up every now and again and it results in a 5 page thread, only this one would be, where did it all go wrong this time. Answers pretty much the same - the chaps unwillingness to play the game - cue music.

As is this one:
Miley Cyrus on Radiohead (after being 'snubbed' by the band at the Grammys): "I was so upset. I wasn't going to watch. Stinkin' Radiohead! I'm gonna ruin them, I'm going to tell everyone."

You're right about this and my only defense for posting this message for the 12th time is Pacifico was on sale last night.
