That's all very well, but flats are still a violation of human rights imposed by immigration led overpopulation on working people by the overclass, and trying to grow a garden on the wall isn't going to fool people that they are not isolated from the natural environment-unless someone invents artificial gravity so that they can walk out on the vertical garden-and even then it would still be a bit weird.
In an ideal world, everyone would live in 1960's style bungalows with horizontal gardens or Miami/Sandbanks style art deco beach houses. Here is my plan for massive land reclamation by excavating a big hole in the Midlands and bringing it down south which would make this possible;
