Yeah, I was also thinking that.

It definitely looks like something Peter wrote. I hate to say it since he gets a lot of flack from fans (some of it unwarranted, IMO), but that kind of wording in that Q and A looks just like a lot of his responses on the official forum. A little condescending to say the least.

How do you get a bad pressing of a CD? It's digital.

The merch guy is name Peterford. Totally different person.

Having defended them all this week.......slightly ironic.At £30 a shot to not have approved a proof is a disgrace.But things happen.However I get the feeling without KOK's posts nothing would have been said.

But KOK has gone balistic on the official forum!

the use of the word 'pressing' is probably a bad choice. cheap cds would probably do the trick and 'sound quality' could mean a million things from farty noises to that thing where your cd goes dededeededededededededededede for ever.

could happen to anybody really jjst that as we spend all our time bitching it suddenly seems theres a conspiracy to piss us all off. And no Peter is far from the best PR bloke in the world and yes its fairly standard practice to issue a different email address for each role even if its the same bloke. I do the same at Fat Cherry Records.

I think it's funny and I myself wouldn't lose any sleep over waiting one more month (if I ordered it) and our company did the same thing only a bit worse. We went with a cheaper CD manufacturer for our software once and the CDs were shattering inside people's hard drives. Sucked to work here then. People were coming round the office with their drives and shaking the pieces out in our lobby.

frequently, and once, when emailing an apology it didn't seem to work - outlook that is - so i clicked the button again, and then again and again so everybody got it about 50 times. they didn't like that either.

I had actually ordered it and just through being sick of delays and their condescension and general snippiness, I thought, sod it, and asked for a refund this morning.
The message on the forum seemed to be that the refund would take place within the hour or was that just for
Custard? Don't mean to be petty but they'd probably not get such a bad rap if they didn't consistently promise things that they don't / can't deliver on.
