Is Arbitrage betting a foolproof system? Or is it so complicated as to be too much like hard work? Having spent a long time on my quantum predictor, I was surprised to see a method involving no complicated prediction, just exploitation of different odds between bookies.

The friend I mentioned runs a computer program (algorithm he says) his friend made. Somehow the positions are staked and then when the inefficiencies occur the holds, puts , or whatever are bought or sold or, again, whatever. It has been explained to me numerous times by him and this is as much as I can remember.
