Not a nice thing to do, but "crimes of bad taste" are simply a make-work scheme for a nation with too many lawyers, bankers and other non-productive citizens.
Symbolic crime has no place in an advanced Western democracy. Or even America.

The point I was originally trying to make was that stacking the deck with sycophants worked for the Bush admin, so why wouldn't it work for a forum? Thanks for not being a douchebag about it.
