no it doesn't, its fairly simple. Repackage reissue and all that. And three more gigs is hardly milking it is it now. What about all those little fanboys and girls in the suburbs of gay paree that couldn't make it to the AH. The albert hall was unique, because it was the albert hall. And you got to go there and convince yourself it was all for you (and 4999 others) The big surprise is that after 30 odd years of farting around this bands starting to get the idea. Also, Mac hinted that they would do this anyway. Next, they're a band for fucks sake and just because you've bought a few records and been to a few gigs they're not your mates (no, really, its true) and owe you nothing. So, get a grip, moan about something in your real life, I'm sure theres some knife crime or a few paedophiles loose within twenty miles of your house you could be worried about.

C.

oo haven't done that in a while.
deep breaths now.....

but to be truly authentic, if they played paris would mac have to do his vocals by satellite from Bath or Bristol or somewhere.

i really hope not.

i want to go see them on a normal tour again. i am a little mad that they are adding more dates, as i do think it takes away from the magic of the original RAH gig, and subsequent RCMH & Echo gigs. but if more people want to see it, and they can sell the bigger venues, then i say they should do it. i just don't want this to become the never-ending ocean rain tour.

hopefully the new album will come out next year and we can go see them back at the more intimate smaller venues...
not just another drop in the ocean

If a new album is out I'd say thats a dead cert
Mr. Brian, I find that offensive.

Scouser's inability to se others' point of view is rather grating.

yeah cant wait to get up close and hear the cutter, bring on the dancing horses, never stop back of love nothing lasts forever and rescue again, oh and that new on e that isn't even released yet. seems like an age since i heard a set list that, well, just out there you know. Thats whats truly great ios that a band can keep reinventing itself and yet sound so familiar. WHats more, one of my sprogs lives in sheffield now so I'll be able to do the leadmill as well as the shepherds bush empire. onwards and upwards thats what i say.

After careful consideration I have decided not to begrudge the Bunnymen for capitalizing on the success of the Ocean Rain shows. Indie credibility doesn't pay the bills and I'd hate to hear about Mac and Will selling teeth on eBay a few years from now to make ends meet.

I don't need a one off show to make me feel special just all my bunny wunny friends here at VT.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts
