Hi there folks!
A couple of days ago i posted my Radio recording of this gig on "dimeadozen". I realize that not all of you will have an account with this site so i thought i would post an MP3 version on here so as many fans of the band as possible get to hear it. It is in the lossless format FLAC on "dimeadozen" but if you're not too fussy the MP3 version is fine. If you haven't already got it then it certainly is worth downloading. Hope you all enjoy it!

Hey thanks for posting this! There are quite a few new Bunnymen additions on dimeadozen right now.

RCMH should be up within the week.

Someone on the Seven Seas Bunnymen mailing list has a good recording and is sending it to me via postal mail in .flac format. I tried to encourage him to share it on an online sharing site but he didn't want to that or post it to dime himself for some reason. He asked me if I could post it on dime and I agreed once I get my copy.

Okay, after listening to it I take my previous comment back, I wasn't at that one. My memory of the 80's is somewhat hazy. They did 2 nights and being a poor student at the time I could only afford to go to one. I was there the following night when they played Angels & Devils. I used to have a it on tape, but it got mangled long ago

Great night, do you remember the support band "The Pale Fountains" that night, Micheal Head had a sore throat so they only played one song which was a 15 minute thrash lol......

These were the days......

I arrived a wee bit late and just caught the tail end of the support band. They did seem to go down well though. It really was a brilliant gig, Macca trying to wind us Scots up now and again, singing well with a bit of a sore throat and the band nothing less than brilliant. They also at that point had a fantastic back catalogue of songs to chose from.
I also should say my favourite "Bunnyman" was Pete de Freitas. I am not a drummer myself but i really thought he was one of the best young drummers out there. Sorely missed!
As a request does anyone out there have the FM recording of Tiffany's, Glasgow 1983? I use to have it but i taped over it back in 1984. Stupid, stupid mistake i know!

I didn't make it in time for the support. I'm glad to discover 20+ years later that I didn't miss much.

Thank you StarsAreStars for the download. It's humbling to read this thread and see that several of you attended this and other early shows and can speak about them as though they happened just yesterday. I am amongst true disciples.

In 12 hours I should be standing before the stage at the All Points West Music Festival grooving on Mac and Will's sound. The tequila flask is full. I will be flying solo tonight.
