He could spend the rest of his life in jail. It's funny how things come full circle.

And he was convicted of these crimes 13 years to the day he was exonerated for the double murders.

Guess #13 was truly an unlucky number for him in Vegas, ha.
Too bad he bet his freedom on it.

I bet somehow he'll still get off. I honestly don't know how he ended up getting his children back after such a horrific murder. They really screwed up that trial. Judge Ito was such a jerk. But from what I hear, it was the evidence mishandling that lost the day in that case. But so much grandstanding from the attorneys. Yuck!
