What if Warner footed the bill for "The Fountain" recording sessions?
In theory, if a label fronted the money for the sessions then pulled the plug on the act, wouldn't the label own the recordings? And if the act owed the label a lot of money from their previous stint with the label, wouldn't that make the whole situation even stickier - essentially legally enabling the label to hold the recordings ransom until the past debt was cleared?
Discuss.

They did not fancy the option of investing more money in a band they had little faith in recouping it from, so they gave them the tapes and told them to go away...... A nice clean break.......

The cd is complete, the dude from clyde one radio has it and played tracks from it WHY CAN'T THEY PUT ANY OF THESE ON THEIR MYSPACE SITE??? And has anyone noticed how you can't add any songs from there to your profile and they have not changed forever, the playing safe mode just like the concert set list.
