God will see to it that America is spared from this hedonistic, godless Euro particle atom smashy thingy.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Dotsun Moon sounds a lot different live than the recordings I've heard.

Maybe this is the Swiss' (I mean ZurichHead's) revenge for this Kids In the Hall sketch:

Why do they always put "Puppet Show" above on the marquee?

So I guess I'm the only one here interested in the presence or absence of the Higgs Boson?

This is the most important physics experiment in 100 years.

no, I'm with you JT. Well at least I'd say I'm mildly interested. I expect either way my life wont change very much despite the media hype that we're all doomed. But yes, can't deny some interest in all this 'what its all about' stuff. crazy. And on top of that, because of all the media interest the kids have started asking questions like, whats a black hole, whats a boson, what happened before (yes before) the big bang, so trying not to look too stoopid in front of the kids you know.... mind you thanks to watching 'back to the future part 2' they know a little about parallel universes (should that be univi) and alternative realities so I can gloss over that part - not to mention that sitcom 'the big bang theory' but thanks to a particularly amusing epsiode of that they also know about schrodinger's cat.

Did they find that particle? Does the Federation need to invoke the Omega Directive? Wasn't Jean-Luc Picard packing?

They are just doing start-up tests. The have not even run counter-propagating beams yet.

If the warp drive fails to activate, the results could be... unfortunate.
