That's kind of a disturbing painting if you ask me. Anyone remember the '80s graphic novel Ranxerox? This was like around '86:
He was a Frankenstein's monster type character who looked like Reagan. Sorry about the boobage in case anyone is offended, but it's French, so it's okay. (And they're small.)
