There's is plenty of fantastic music here in the States.
Ever listen to the stuff on Kranky? Dischord? Matador Records? High Tone? Psychedelic Records? Little Steven's garageband.
You need to look around a bit.

I could have sworn you said a couple of dudes drove by and threw rocks at you in the UK.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Sorry dude, you got it mixed up. He wanted me to throw his ring back to him in November. Yet, some "remarks" were "thrown" at PG & me b/c of our looks walking down Fleet Street. Hey though...we're not dead from them.

Wouldn't you rather live in the UK? You might get more out of it that way.

There was a newspaper article that stated the U.S. might consider a new kind of body disposal in the near future. Vats filled with lye!!! So far there are only two of these vats at med schools in the country but morticians are looking into it as an alternative to cremation. The article stated that the final product was like motor oil.
Maybe in the future some of us will be poured instead of scattered?

After reading the article I couldn't get Vincent Price and "The House On Haunted Hill" out of my mind for some reason.

eewwww.......no way!? that seems too morbid! at least your ashes are all you! how do they get 'you' out of the lye?? and then re-use it? eeww. i dunno if i buy that one. i know i wouldn't choose that method! uck!

you'd think something like 'motor oil' would be harder to dispose of than ashes.

i can see it now...hey Sue, do you still have that quart of Bob in your garage? my lawn mower needs some lube! no, little Bobby spilled him the other week when he was playing around in there!

sorry....that was bad.......but i just can't imagine it catching on!
