Could you make sure they have Newcastle, Guinness, Blue Moon, Murphys Red and Hot Chocolate w/ whip cream on tap. I would like a place to have dim lighting (I want to look my best), be smallish in size without being claustrophobic and serve nachos, hot wings, burritos, tacos, tostadas and pastrami sandwiches.

Thanks Red, you're the best.
With the Force as his ally he did battle with the Dark Lord. And he showed the measure of a true Jedi at a place called "The Death Star" where hope for the Galaxy was reborn. May all who struggle against tyranny hold his memory in their hearts

Don't forget space at the bar for us four to write broodingly in our journals. Or isn't Frank going? Who will wear the fourth jacket?

I assume we're all bringing our Kindles?

That would be so Blade Runner. We could read Philip K. Dick at the bar.

Cider. Don't forget Red's cider.

I second the Newcastle and the dim lighting please.

Maybe the orchestra won't be in the pit so Mac's illegal ciggies don't land on the timpani.

Live Nation Presale

Postby JackT » Thu May 08, 2008 9:38 am

I just got an email from Live Nation about another presale for RCMH tickets taking place tomorrow. The Password is "band".

Here is a link to the ticket sale page:

I tried today's "pre-sale" and the seats were no better than what has already been offered.

So the last one was the pre-pre-sale. Or maybe it was the pre-pre-pre-sale and there's another to follow.

there was a fan club pre-sale (for bunnymen.com) and this one is the promotor's pre-sale. (live nation) sometimes the venue has one too...but don't think they did this time. tomorrow will be the general public sale. it doesn't matter tho, all the BEST seats are on eBay and stubhub.com already (even before the 1st presale was over) so there was something shitty going down between ticketbastard and the ticket brokers. you know it! no other reason. same thing happened for Sigur Ros tix. you can't tell me that all the Bunnymen fans (and the Sigur Ros fans) that got lucky enough to get those amazing seats all suddenly remembered their great auntie's 85th birthday party and can't go now! it's a load of crap!
