If your not interested why not just press the ignore button - thats what its for.

Allow me to field that one....

1) The ignore button is not all that it is cracked up to be; if anyone else responds to the ignored party, the ignored party's contributions enter the un-ignored stream.

2) Having to ignore stuff on a forum that you like is a drag.

3) When someone is talking shit about you, ignoring it does correct it. Is it wrong to care if someone is talking said shit? Not usually, IMO.

4) "Why don't you just ignore me?" is a position unsuited to 7-year-olds, much less ostensibly grown men.

5) Red assumed you were interested in her because you have a reputation for hitting on female forum members.
