OMG

We know there is more to life than the music of the Bunnymen. Talk about those other bands here.

OMG

That's a horrible thought. A bunch of 60 to 65 year olds singing along to their cheesy 1970s music... Can't Dignitas be called in or someone else to stop this from happening?

my first thought was that you simply have no heart ghostie. however you may have hit the nail on the head. perhaps. after decades of being the one who apparently was against this kind of thing, maybe she's planning on an exit in the manner of Jim Maclaine in the sadly overlooked 70s classic 'Stardust'.

Now I know I'm going to listen to this at some point so I wont pretend I wont, but it could go either way couldn't it?

"Meanwhile, Ladbrokes have offered odds of 66-1 for ABBA to play the Royal Wedding between Prince William and Kate Middleton on April 29, 2011."

thanks for stopping me derailing my own thread kounelaki. hmmm, i'd have thought the odds would be much longer than that even if the blond one has really spoken. Those scallywag bookies.

Little Kittie Windsor better watch out in case her intended husband has inherited his father's penchant for wrinkly old blondes.

Reminds me of the now somewhat dated joke (but where would we be here without dated jokes) about Dodi al Fayed reaching heaven in a somewhat dazed and confused state and being welcomed by St Peter at the pearly gates. Dodi asks St Peter how the hell he got there to which St Peter replies, "You were in Paris in the back of a car with Princess Diana, one of the most beautiful women in the world". Dodi replies, "In the back of a car? With one of the world's most beautiful women? Did I score?" St Peter takes a minute before replying, "No Dodi, but you came close............you hit the post."
