You know how they say 'They don't make them like they used to', well they do and here it is. Wirral's By the Sea's eponymously titled debut album is a rare thing of fragile beauty, just over half an hour of perfection. I'm only on my third listen but it's as if I've known this album for 25 years. A classic.
