I just got an official explanation saying that it was a "junior member" that reported my comments about Wags saying that they were offended. The rest was a pretty weak argument, given that many UK newspapers can be quite nasty about "Wags". Maybe there is a Wag fan out there who reported me (remember the Daily Star free Bunnymen CD -- perhaps it was her). I'm wondering whether it was the rather strange person that kept sending me e-mails via the official forum a while ago every time I logged on, warbling on about dancing to The Killing Moon in her workplace. That was freaky.

Clearly that is the case now, judging by some of the threads on there, but not when I was getting these weird e-mails. It freaked me out, especially the "I noticed that you have logged on" mad stalker-type phrases. :eek:

That and online fraud as well as identity theft. By the way, is Black Francis your real name? And could you also confirm that with your bank details, pin number and address.

Hi all....

First post and all that.. Decided to register as the official forum has gone down the tubes.. FWIW, this one always makes me chuckle, especially Scouser's posts...

Anway, just to say that the offending quote is actually taken from some dialogue at the start of a Macc Ladds song from the album Beer & Sex & Chips'n'Gravy... And there's a lot worse than that on the album too.

Keep it up, this site's a refreshing change...
